Optimized Endpoints

New lightweight endpoints designed for high-performance use cases like map rendering, card grids, and search typeahead. These return only the fields you need, with roughly 95% smaller payloads compared to the full project response.

Map Pins — Coordinates, price range, and status for map pin rendering
Project Cards — Summary data for carousel and card grid layouts
Search — Lightweight results for search typeahead and listings
Aggregations — Filter counts for building faceted search UIs
Similar Projects — Find related projects by proximity or attributes
Floorplan Summary — Bedroom and price ranges without loading full floorplan data

MCP OAuth2 Support

You can now connect Red Bricks directly to Claude as an MCP connector. Log in with your Red Bricks credentials and query project data, floorplans, pricing, and market trends conversationally. No API tokens required. Available on Agent and Enterprise tiers.
